Busy, Busy, Busy

I have not had much time lately to update my blog...or "our" blog, since I am sharing this with my sisters and daughters.

I spend a lot of time with my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter, Miranda, on the weekends. Which, used to be my time for crafting and baking. Having Miranda in my home is a blessing, but I am also constantly following her around as she discovers what is in the cupboards, spraying her kool aid on the walls, carpets and furniture, and finger painting with her mashed potatoes or M&Ms.

I also recently started a new job, taking time to get to know my new colleagues and a new product. I test software and other computer programs for a living. Not that I wouldn't mind settling down and running my own B&B in Montana...its a dream, I know...but dreams can come reality.

I do have some fun things in store for my family, friends and readers...

1). Quiet Books - Two of which are made of felt for little ones, and one for my 7 year old granddaughter to take to church with her.

2). I have been testing and sharing recipes found on other blogs and will happily share with you my recommendations (and my son's, he is my test expert).

3). As the Christmas Rush descends upon us, I will offer some other fun ideas for the holidays.

4). I have also been working on organizing my craft/office room. I will share those ideas as well. Organizing fabric, scrapbooking, yarn, and other supplies.

Hang in there, more is on the way...
